Starcraft II Released!…Finally!

Wow! finally after years or should I say a decade of waiting the StarCraft is finally available! it is scheduled to be released on July 27, 2010 simultaneously in different countries around the world, including the Philippines.

I am a die hard fan of Blizzard games, I hardly believe that they are the best in creating games especially with Action-RPG, Real-Time strategy and MMORPG. The new StarCraft promises new strategy and innovative gameplay mechanics and of course a superb Graphics. The original race are still there, the Zerg, Terran, and Protoss.

The retail copy will be sold for $60 (about P2,760) and $100 (about P4,600) For hardcore gamers and game collectors.

How to Fix “Twitter is Over Capacity” When Uploading Custom background

Over the last few weeks I’ve been trying to customized my twitter background but I always kept seeing that whale lifted by birds and saying that Twitter is over capacity. I’ve been able to change colors and backgrounds provided by twitter but not my own background. I waited a few weeks but the problem still persist. So I look for a way to customize my twitter page without seeing that whale. Fortunately, I found a way to do that. Themeleon by Colourlovers lets you do that.

Customizing Twitter page using Themeleon is the same as using Twitter Design page except the whale will not bother you if you use Themeleon. All you need to do is allow them to be added as one of your connection, start customizing, save your profile and your done. I will really miss that Whale ^_^.

500 Worst Passwords

I was exploring some cool, funny and interesting pictures on the web, when I stumbled on this “500 worst password” image on Flickr. After reading the list of passwords It made me think because although this is hilarious it is also a serious matter. Some internet users today usually use some of the passwords that are listed on the image. Using unsafe passwords will make your account vulnerable for any attacks. I posted an article a year ago on how you can make a good password.

I actually admit that I have a passwords that are on that list but those are only for test my accounts. I have 123456, password, 12345, 12345678, pass, and dragon?? no I don’t use that. But seriously avoid using any password that are on that list unless you don’t intend to use that account for your important transactions, subscriptions and membership.

Looking for a quick and easy way to define a word? well lucky you… Google has a capability to provide you accurate and extensive definitions and word meanings. It gives definitions and meanings from trusted sources like wikipedia and others.

To easily search fro a meaning or definition just go to Google home page, type “define:” (without the quotes) then the word you want to search. ex. define:megabyte, then hit the Search Button. You’ll get a list drawn from various sites. Try it out!
